What this site collects, and what we do with it.

The short version
This site has no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. The only information we collect is what you type into the quote request form. We use it to respond to you and for nothing else.
The quote request form
When you submit the form we store what you entered, the time, and the IP address and browser string of the request (to recognize abuse) in a database in our own AWS account. The database is encrypted at rest and is readable only by the two people who run this company. A copy is emailed to us so we can reply.
We keep requests for as long as we are talking to you and for up to two years afterward, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Ask through the form or by replying to any email from us and we will remove the record and confirm.
Hosting
The site is served by Amazon Web Services (CloudFront and S3) from our account. AWS processes your IP address to deliver the pages. We do not enable access logging on this site.

Pages on this site link to third-party sites, including our own product, scheduling tools and LinkedIn. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Client work
Data handling for client engagements is governed by the master services agreement and statement of work for that engagement, not by this page.
Changes
If we change what this site collects, we will update this page and the date at the top.
