• You own everything we deliver: code, data, infrastructure definitions. We keep only our own tooling and know-how.
• Fixed-price scopes wherever the work can be bounded. Time and materials in 40- or 80-hour blocks where it cannot.
• Your request is stored in our AWS account and read only by the two of us.
